Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES – The Staffing Administrator provides technical, administrative, and front office support to the field office.   Under the direction of the Director of Staffing, the Staffing Administrator provides support to the staffing team in regards to scorecards, KPI’s, and other assignments.  Also manages various reports including exceptions, contract labor, future shifts etc.

SUPERVISES – None

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Weekly review of contacts pending starts
  • Using reports to verify shifts with vendors
  • Tracking and managing first five shifts of HWS and Vendor employees
  • Auditing WF for tags, pay rules and dept. codes for accuracy
  • Assist with communication for expiring credentials
  • Manages exception reports
  • Liaison for payroll, billing and HWS corporate team
  • Supports staffing team
  • General office support
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to manage conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office products, Outlook.
  • Ability to learn new software programs
  • Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.

EDUCATION –High school or GED Equivalent; 2 yr. Associate Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE –1-2 years experience in Staffing preferred
