Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES –The Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting the Enterprise Operations Team in setting parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively the organization is operating. This position requires an understanding of the different roles each department plays, and collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization to resolve issues that may impact our ability to work efficiently as an organization. Responsible for building and maintaining operational relationships with both internal and external clients while providing outstanding customer service and delivery. Responsible for managing the use of data and metrics to create reporting, allowing for productivity measurement from a trending or improvement perspective.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Ability to collaborate with departments at headquarters including: Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, Audit, Finance, Marketing/Communication, Sales and IT, in addition to Field Offices
  • Reviews reports, and analyzes data, volume of business, and tracking reports as indicated
  • Assist with process review, mapping and improvement
  • Respond daily to questions, concerns, and inquiries
  • Assist with creating and implementing standardized processes and procedures
  • Assist in handling escalated issues
  • Provide coverage as needed
  • Create and Manage reporting dashboards to track process effectiveness, areas of opportunities, need for standardization, and KPI’s
  • Adheres to Code of Conduct and Mission & Value Statement.
  • Maintains confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information.
  • Participates in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned
  • Requires travel from 5-10% of the time.
