Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES – Promotes the company by developing quality, on-brand content that attracts healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities to engage with the organization, nurtures them through the recruitment/sales process and ultimately results in conversion, retention and expansion.

SUPERVISOR – Director of Marketing



  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to digital properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audiences.

  • Build out site pages, landing pages, campaign assets and workflows using HubSpot.

  • Coordinate creation and alignment of engaging and professional visuals that accurately reflect intended audiences and the brand.

  • Capture new leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.

  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, digital and social channels.

  • Work with internal teams to create a collaborative inbound marketing/social strategy.

  • Establish analytics with sales and recruitment teams to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into clients and candidates, and continually refine our process to convert visitors.

  • Analyze marketing automation performance and lead generation/conversion efforts with measurable targets and objectives in an effort to optimize results.

  • Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the company.

  • Research top influencers, competitors, and industry trends.

  • Stay current with inbound marketing and social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.

  • Attend company sponsored promotions and tradeshows on an as-needed basis.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES – This position requires the following minimal requirements:

  • Ability to make effective analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities under pressure and deadlines

  • Ability to work well within a team environment and independently

  • Basic Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Professional Office and Outlook

  • Knowledge of inbound marketing and marketing automation software.

  • Maintains certifications, education and development appropriate for position.

  • Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations

EDUCATION –Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or organizational development required

EXPERIENCE –1-2 years of related experience required
