Job Description

JOB TITLE – Contracts Coordinator

 

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES – Distribution and maintenance of client staffing/MSP contracts for both HCA and non-HCA facilities, and vendor contracts for all HealthTrust lines of business. Also responsible for vendor setup process for contract initiation, business licenses, updates as to certificates of insurance.

 SUPERVISOR – Director, Contracts

 SUPERVISES – None

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Manage workflow of contracts and vendor setups as requested by internal sources
  • Work with facilities and vendors on contract or vendor setup status; follow-up with internal clients or vendor representatives as necessary
  • Reviewing and preparing agreements prior to signature to ensure accuracy
  • Create contract records in the Contract Management system and send for appropriate approvals
  • Collect contract signatures (wet or electronic) as per company policy
  • Enter information into the appropriate database and maintain its accuracy
  • Develop a high level of competency in appropriate database
  • Performing or coordinating data analysis in excel to track numbers of contracts, action(s) needed for completion and other relevant information
  • Monitor HWS Contract Requests mailbox
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to allocate time efficiently, handle multiple demands and competing priorities
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies and procedures 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required

 EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience with contract management system(s) preferred, but not required
  • Relevant education may substitute experience requirement
