WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Associate Recruiter, you will work collaboratively with the recruitment team to source and place clinical and non-clinical staff within HCA and non-HCA facilities. You will be responsible for the sourcing of candidates, building a network of productive candidate recruitment sources in an effort to create a qualified candidate pool for Permanent Placement recruitment. In the role of an Associate Recruiter, you will provide assistance in the placement of candidates at facilities; relocation issues; and the collection of data. Including, community attributes, local real estate options, and local school system information as well as any other data that may assist with a relocation decision as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Sourcing candidates utilizing our extensive candidate database
  • Maintaining candidate profiles in the database and update information as needed
  • Prequalify candidates for open positions by matching with appropriate position requirements
  • Provide information to candidates on the roles and responsibilities of an open position, discuss location, verify availability as well as the candidates level of interest 
  • Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for their review and approval
  • Follow up with the recruiters on pending candidates and  maintain communication as needed
  • Occasionally assist the hospital with verifying the status of candidates post interview

 

 

Job Requirements

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
  • Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations
  • Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred
