This role is responsible for the development, oversight, analysis, implementation and on-going management of specialty education programs within HealthTrust Workforce Solutions .  Additionally, for identifying opportunities for training programs to improve quality of clinical services for HealthTrust Workforce Solutions  and external clients.

  • Directs and oversees regional  clinical professional development program projects;
  • Work’s with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions’ existing sales organization and Acts as HealthTrust’s Educational subject matter expert in assigned geographic territory;
  • Assist and leads identification and development of engagement opportunities with external clients;
  • Builds and fosters relationships with key clients and understand client’s educational  needs and objectives;
  • Provides customer support to HealthTrust Workforce Solutions  clients in assigned geographic territory and is HealthTrust Workforce Solutions' initial account contact for problem resolution;
  • Develops long and short range strategies,  plans and programs to meet customer’s educational needs;
  • Establish and /or manages measurement systems for capturing, analyzing, and reporting quality measures and educational program successes;
  • Collaborates with a variety of internal and external sources for the purpose of planning, implementing and maintaining services and/or programs;
  • Manage multiple client engagements and ensure expectations are reasonable and clearly defined in the scope of work and financial models;
  • Manages client engagements within the agreed upon scope, time and budget;

Participates in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required; with major course work in Business, Nursing or Education preferred
  • Registered Nurse with Education background at a hospital level preferred
  • Three years of experience in planning and implementing business projects and/or staff development activities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
