HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HCA Healthcare, is seeking bright, ambitious, career-minded Trainee/Associate Recruiters to join our growing team of recruiting professionals to assist in providing high quality nurse candidates and allied healthcare professionals to HCA and non-HCA facilities throughout the United States. These positions lead to professional Healthcare Recruiter roles that entail the following responsibilities:

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

 

  • Screen candidates, negotiate compensation packages, present candidate profiles to hospitals and other healthcare facilities throughout the US, and contract candidates to work on assignments.
  • Communicate with program managers and candidates regarding interview availability, job openings, and assignment changes.
  • Ensure updated schedule availability and timely interviews of all active candidates.
  • Collaborate with other departments, i.e., Housing and QA, to ensure timely start of candidates’ assignments.
  • Ensure that candidates are compliant prior to placement.
  • Develop a growing pipeline of potential candidates through a variety of recruiting sources based on hunting techniques.
  • Generate and actively recruit referrals from current and former clinicians.
  • Maintain consistent contact with candidates while on assignment, including troubleshooting, partnering, and problem solving to ensure retention.
  • Communicate any candidate issues with Director of Travel that could lead to the cancellation of a candidate’s assignment.
  • Meet or exceed established goals both individually and departmentally.
  • Participate in communicating with other internal recruiters any suggestions on sales strategies, recruiting strategies, and methods for achieving goals to fill job orders.

This is an exciting opportunity for recent college graduates who have a passion for sales and recruiting, or for other candidates with the same passion who are relatively new to the workforce. Note: All candidates are required to have at least six months of sales experience to qualify.
