Job Description


The Account Manager position is responsible for developing and increasing business with our current external clients. Many of these facilities are already working with HealthTrust in other business lines and therefore have contracts in place. This is an opportunity to grow the travel business line. In the travel division, we place registered nurses and allied professionals in customarily 13 week contracts away from their home. We place these clinicians nationwide.     

The Account Manager ensures client satisfaction and develops new business opportunities as well as acts as a liaison of communication and coordination between the client, operations, and network professionals on initial placements.  

  • Establishes and develops long-term relationships, while in some cases servicing existing accounts to grow
  • Seeks out and identifies new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers to assess their needs
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates Clients needs on an ongoing basis
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Liaison of communication and coordination between the client, operations, and network employees
  • Assist with establishing initial requirements with on-boarding such as credentials
  • Assists with proper placement of network professionals
  • Promotes teamwork and collaboration with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Corporate office and other HealthTrust Workforce Solutions offices as necessary
  • Participates in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned
  • Maintains a harmonious relationship with facilities, recruitment, and program team through collaborative communication.

Job Requirements


Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience preferred.
